When will my package arrive?
Your package is shipped ground from California and is processed by the day after you place your order. You can request your tracking information through our contact form or by logging into your account. Please allow at least one week for delivery.
Is your wine organic?
Our wine is not organic unless stated otherwise in the description.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this time we are not currently shipping out of the USA.

Where do you ship in the USA?
We ship everywhere except AK, HI, MA, MS, UT and WA.
How much is shipping?
Starting on January 16, 2019 we will charge a flat $5 for ground shipping everywhere we shipped in the US up to 11 bottles. Orders over 12 bottles or by cases, shipping charges will be waive.
How can I sell Hello Kitty Wines at my store or restaurant?

Do I need to be home to sign for the package?
All wine shipments require a 21+ signature at time of receipt. You must be present to sign for all wine packages.
Do you ship during extreme heat?
In order to protect the quality of our products, we may hold shipments due to extreme heat. This tends to occur more during the summer and to shipments going to or through hot states.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Do you take returns?
We only accept returns if the product is spoiled or unfit for consumption.
